ABC Fans are designed by world leading aerodynamic fan specialists to meet the most demanding mine and tunnel ventilation applications. ABC Fans are certified to the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance and meet the Air Movement and Control Associations (AMCA) stringent standards for rating and testing. Our adjustable pitch Vane Axial fans range from 18” to 84” (457 to 2135mm) diameter with designs delivering up to 18”w.g. (4500Pa) of pressure.

Each design is tailored to fulfill our customer’s needs utilizing our state-of-the-art fabrication shop, and your imagination. ABC Fans include use of high efficiency motors, (with built-in protection designed for the harshest environments), starters (direct, two-speed, variable frequency drives), and Silencers (sound reduction).

Deduster System:

ABC offers a range of fixed and portable dedusting machines for mines and tunnels to improve and clean air quality. Our modular construction allows great flexibility to meet various applications. Cartridge filtration allows for easy maintenance and quick replacement time. Our high and reliable performance Dedusters provide filter efficiency of 99.996%.

Cassette Storage System:

ABC manufactures FlexLine Performance Ducting storage Cassettes that can be integrated with Tunnel Boring and Roadheader machines. MineVent ventilation tubing retracts from the storage unit as these machines advance. ABC’s FlexLine Cassette capacity can range from 300 to 1000ft (100 to 300m), in diameters as large as 120” (3050mm).
